Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping rates are based on weight and the location the item is being sent to.
- Free shipping on all US orders over $75.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of placing the order.
- For all US (domestic) orders: Once shipped, allow 2-5 days for your items to be delivered.
- For International orders: Once shipped, allow 2-5 days for your items to be delivered.
3. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Currently, shipping is only available to the US (domestic), UK, Canada, AUS & NZ.
4. TRACKING
Your tracking number and information will be sent to you once your item is shipped.
5. CUSTOMS
For international shipments, any customs or taxes applied to an order will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. DAMAGES AND LOST ORDERS
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If your order has been lost, please contact the shipment carrier and provide them your tracking information.
7. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
